Registration 

AMI Meeting participant rate is $875 US, which includes meeting rooms and support equipment, hospitality suite for two nights, Wednesday reception, lunches and breaks on Thursday and Friday, and travel expenses and honoraria for presenters, as well as other administrative expenses. Meeting Registration and hotel room reservation deadline date is March 20, 2015. Go to the payment page to remit.

Accommodations

Accommodation Reservations for The Cliff House, Manitou Springs: By call-in ONLY at toll free 888-212-7000 or 719-785-2408. Please reference the group name: Association for Managers of Innovation (AMI). Group rates are not available through The Cliff House online reservation system. Room reservations received after the cutoff date of March 20, 2015 may not be eligible for group rates, depending on hotel occupancy.

Sleeping rooms are available at discounted nightly rates for Single or Double Occupancy at $120.00 per night [plus current rates for sales tax 9.03%; occupancy tax 2.0%] and include a light breakfast. An incidental Service Charge is $9.00 per person per night and includes gratuities for housekeeping, valet parking, bellman, and breakfast servers. The room rate is available three (3) days prior and three (3) days after group arrival and departure dates until the cutoff date.  Check in time is 3:00 pm on arrival day and check out time is 11:00 am on departure day

Airport Shuttle: Complimentary airport shuttle is available from the Colorado Springs Airport (COS) for departures between 8:30 am and 11:00 pm and for arrivals between 7:30 am and 11:00 pm. Please provide them with flight information and arrival and departure times at least one week in advance.

Wednesday, April 22

2:00pm Pre-meeting Workshop: AMI Ideas Generation Session for Colorado College Innovation Institute with Patrick Bultema, Executive Director, Innovation Institute at Colorado College, facilitated by Rob Brodnick, Director of the AMI Institute. As a community service AMI adopted a practice "to leave the communities in which we meet more creative because we have been there." 

4:30pm Newcomers Orientation

6:30pm AMI Reception and Welcome Introductions Wednesday evening kick off at the Center for Creative Leadership Colorado Springs Campus.

Thursday, April 23

Colorado College Host Welcome to their campus for Thursday and Friday meeting sessions
Joy, Inc.: How We Built a Workplace People Love by Richard Sheridan, CEO, Chief Storyteller, Menlo Innovations
The Plan Is To Not Have a Plan: Life As Innovation by Colorado College graduate and entrepreneur, Dez Stone Menendez, Founder, The Possibility Room. Pre-and post-lunch tours with the curator of I.D.E.A. (InterDisciplinary Experimental Arts) Space are available during the buffet lunch on the Colorado College Campus.

Friday, April 24

Entrepreneurial Mindset: Expanding Human Potential, Bree Langemo, J.D., Vice President of Strategic Partnerships with Entrepreneurial Learning Initiative (ELI). AMI Beg, Brag, What If (BBWI) sessions are featured throughout the meeting on Thursday and Friday. A box lunch arrives by noon and we will eat during the newcomer debrief. 

The Hospitality Suite is open on Wednesday and Thursday evenings at the hotel for AMI attendees and their guests to come and go until 11:30 pm. Wine/beer and soft beverages are available while the AMI group gathers and shares ideas gleaned from their time together earlier in the day.
