3 Steps to attend the meeting:

1. Register 
The registration deadline is September 1, 2017. Go to the registration page, fill in your information, and submit.

2. Pay Your Meeting Fees - Go to the payment page to remit for the meeting and the workshop.

     A.)  AMI Meeting participant rate is $925 US, which includes facility space, hospitality suite for two nights, Wednesday reception, lunches and breaks on Thursday and Friday, presenter fees and honoraria, as well as other administrative expenses.

     B.)  Consider attending the optional Wednesday afternoon workshop. The workshop fee is an additional $150. 

3. Reserve Your Accommodations
Attendees are responsible for arranging & paying for lodging.

Guests will be housed at the Pan Pacific Hotel, a contemporary boutique four star hotel located in downtown Seattle minutes away from the city's key attractions. The room rate is $232 per night (single/double). Register by September 1 to ensure your spot!

Make your reservation by calling the Pan Pacific at 206-264-8111 and mention the group code - AMI Group Fall 2017 Meeting.  

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Cancellation of room must be received by 4:00pm the day prior to arrival to avoid a penalty fee of one night room and tax. 

The AMI Room Block with original rate of $232 is full!

As of August 28, additional rooms are now available at a rate of $285 per night. Deadline is September 11.


Wednesday Workshop - MOHAI
Igniting the Innovator Within
1:004:00pm

The pre-meeting workshop is in partnership with Seattle’s MOHAI (Museum of History and Industry).  AMI attendees will get a hands-on experience in understanding the innovative transformation of Seattle, access to the award winning Bezos Center for Innovation, tackle a group challenge in the Idea Lab. The workshop is 1:00-4:00pm and is a separate registration fee of $150. Please arrive at hotel by 12:30pm.

AMI member, Chris Ernst, is our meeting host while we are at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. We will be onsite at the headquarters for the Wednesday reception and on Friday.

  
On Thursday, we will be hosted by Matt Calman, AMI Board Member, at the Microsoft Campus in Redmond, WA.
