Day One | Wednesday, April 10
The Alfond Inn

  • Pre-meeting Workshop (1:00-4:00pm), Immersive Simulation – Facilitated by the Community Resource Network. (Must arrive by NOON to participate)

  • Newcomers Orientation (4:30-5:30pm) for first time AMI attendees at the Alfond Inn.

  • Welcome Reception and Introductions (6:00pm-9:00pm) at the Barker House, home of President Grant Cornwell and Peg Cornwell onsite at Rollins College.

  • The Hospitality Suite will be open (9:00pm-11:30pm) for AMI attendees and their guests at the Alfond Inn.

Day Two | Thursday, April 11
The Alfond Inn and Second Harvest

9:00am – 4:15pm

  • Positive Turbulence Presenters – Three Wise Guys

  • AMI Beg, Brag, What If (BBWI) sessions are featured throughout the day

  • Lunch and Lake Walk

  • Positive Turbulence Presenter – Joe Tankersley

  • Curated Tours of Alfond Inn Art Collection

    4:45pm – 8:00pm

  • Second Harvest Facility and Program Tours

  • Reception

  • Dining in the Dark Culinary Experience!

  • Transport back to the Alfond Inn

  • The Hospitality Suite will be open (9:00pm-11:30pm) for AMI attendees and their guests at the Alfond Inn

Day Three | Friday, April 12
The Alfond Inn

9:00am – 1:00pm

  • Overnight Thoughts

  • Positive Turbulence Presenter – Bahiyyah Maroon

  • AMI Beg, Brag, What If (BBWI) sessions are featured throughout the morning

  • Meeting concludes with a Newcomer’s Fishbowl with lunch (12:00pm)

  • 1:00pm meeting closing

  • Post-meeting Workshop-(1:30-4:00pm)
