Form 990 Filings
Each year AMI files a Form 990 with the IRS — a public report of our finances, governance, and programs. We post our most recent filings below because we believe anyone who supports AMI should be able to see how it is used.
New to reading a Form 990? Part I gives a one-page summary of revenue and expenses, Part VII lists our board members and key staff, and Part III describes our program work.
Copies of our three most recent Forms 990, along with our IRS exemption application, are also available by written request — just email admin@aminnovation.org.
